1 Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
- "pn365," "we," "us," or "Company" refers to the operator of the pn365 online gaming platform accessible at pn365.club, operating under the applicable license issued under the authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

2 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the pn365 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and pn365 governing your use of the Platform.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have an Account, contact pn365 support to request closure. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
pn365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance.
3 Eligibility
To register for and use a pn365 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You are at least 21 years of age. This is a non-negotiable requirement mandated by PAGCOR for all licensed Philippine online gambling operators. pn365 enforces this age requirement through identity and mobile number verification at registration and may request documentary proof of age at any time.
- You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
- You are not a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of pn365 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or regulatory service partners, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
- You are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law or the law of your jurisdiction.
- You do not have an existing pn365 Account, whether active or previously closed for a violation of these Terms.
- You have not been self-excluded from pn365 or any other PAGCOR-licensed gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains in effect.
pn365 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Players who provide false information to establish or maintain eligibility will have their Accounts immediately closed, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from gameplay during the ineligibility period may be withheld pending review.
4 Account Registration
To access real-money gaming features on the pn365 Platform, you must register and maintain an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one pn365 Account. Multiple accounts held by the same person are prohibited regardless of the name, email address, or payment method used. Detection of duplicate accounts may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.
- Identity Verification (KYC): pn365 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time — including before processing withdrawals, after significant deposits, or as a PAGCOR compliance requirement. KYC may involve submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
- Account Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting pn365 support. pn365 may close or suspend your Account if you breach these Terms, fail to complete KYC, engage in fraudulent activity, or as required by law or regulatory directive.
5 Account Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your pn365 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. The following security obligations apply:
- You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.
- You must use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online account, particularly your GCash, PayMaya, or banking applications.
- pn365 will never contact you to request your password, whether by live chat, email, SMS, or any other channel. Any communication requesting your pn365 password is fraudulent — report it to support immediately.
- You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals processed, unless you have formally notified pn365 of unauthorized access.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact pn365 support immediately. pn365 will assist with account security measures including password reset and temporary account freeze, but cannot reverse transactions that occurred before the security breach was reported.
- You must log out of your pn365 Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
pn365 employs industry-standard SSL encryption and session management protocols. However, no digital security system is impenetrable. You acknowledge that you bear partial responsibility for the security of your Account through your own conduct.
6 Deposits & Payments
All financial transactions on the pn365 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits:
- Accepted Methods: pn365 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and cryptocurrency (USDT via TRC20 and ERC20, Bitcoin, and Ethereum). Additional payment methods may be added or removed at pn365's discretion.
- Cryptocurrency Conversion: Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the deposit is confirmed on-chain. pn365 uses a reputable third-party rate aggregator for conversions. Once converted, the PHP amount is credited to your Wallet. Conversion rates are not guaranteed or negotiable after deposit confirmation.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, or the cryptocurrency equivalent at the time of transaction.
- No Deposit Fees: pn365 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider or network may apply its own fees (e.g., blockchain gas fees for Ethereum transactions) which are not within pn365's control.
- Own Funds: You must deposit only funds that belong to you. Deposits from third-party sources, including funds obtained through fraud, theft, or any other illegal means, are strictly prohibited and will result in Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
- Deposit Limits: pn365 may apply deposit limits as required by PAGCOR regulations or at our discretion. Players may also voluntarily set personal deposit limits as part of our Responsible Gaming program.
7 Withdrawals
Withdrawals from your pn365 Wallet are subject to the following terms:
- Eligible Funds: Only funds constituting your real-money balance — comprising verified deposits and confirmed game winnings — are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
- Verification Requirement: pn365 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not completed KYC may have withdrawals held pending document submission and review.
- Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. pn365 reserves the right to require withdrawal to a verified bank account or GCash wallet registered in the Player's name.
- Processing Times: GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 3 minutes during normal operations. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes during pn365 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
- No Minimum Withdrawal: pn365 does not impose a minimum withdrawal amount.
- Withdrawal Refusal: pn365 reserves the right to withhold or refuse a withdrawal pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, pn365 will notify the Player and, where required, liaise with PAGCOR.
8 Bonuses & Promotions
pn365 offers promotional bonuses, free bet credits, and other incentives from time to time, subject to the following general terms. Specific promotions may carry additional terms published on the relevant promotion page.
- Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated clearly on the promotion's terms page. Failure to meet wagering requirements before the expiry date will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
- One Bonus Per Player: Unless stated otherwise, each promotional offer is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitute abuse and will result in Account closure.
- Bonus Expiry: Bonus credits that are not used or do not have their wagering requirements satisfied within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Player's balance without prior notice beyond the original promotion terms.
- Modification and Withdrawal: pn365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Ongoing bonus balances already credited will be honoured under the original promotion terms at the time of credit.
- No Cash Alternative: Bonus credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash directly except through wagering as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
9 Game Rules & Betting
The following general rules apply to all game play and wagering activity on the pn365 Platform:
- Binding Results: The results of all games and sporting events displayed on the pn365 Platform are final and binding once confirmed, subject only to the error correction provisions below. Technical records and server logs maintained by pn365 and its game providers constitute the definitive record of all game outcomes.
- Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or the calculation of a payout, pn365 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the wagered amount. pn365 is not liable for winnings that result from technical errors even if they have been temporarily credited to a Player's Wallet.
- Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface. pn365 may adjust these limits at any time.
- Game-Specific Rules: Each game category — including slots, live dealer, sports betting, bingo, and fish games — is governed by the specific rules for that game type, available within the game interface or game lobby. In the event of conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail for that game.
- Sports Betting: All sports bets are subject to the sports betting rules applicable to the relevant market. pn365 reserves the right to void bets on events where the integrity of the result is in question, where the event has been abandoned or postponed, or where the bet was accepted due to a pricing error.
- Currency: All bets, winnings, and balances are denominated in PHP unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency deposits, which are converted at point of deposit.
10 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pn365 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds, as well as referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:
- Registering or maintaining more than one Account.
- Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC processes.
- Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
- Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
- Depositing funds that are proceeds of crime or that do not belong to you.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, game bugs, or software errors for financial gain.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or circumvent security measures.
- Engaging in collusion with other Players or coordinated play intended to disadvantage the Platform or other Players.
- Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals after gambling activity has occurred with the deposited funds.
- Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using VPN or IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
- Selling, transferring, or assigning your Account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings therein to any third party.
- Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's operations, other Players' experience, or pn365's business relationships.
11 Responsible Gaming
pn365 is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and our own ethical obligations to Players. The following responsible gaming provisions are binding as part of these Terms:
- Self-Assessment: You are encouraged to regularly assess your gambling behaviour using the self-assessment tools available on the pn365 Responsible Gaming page.
- Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account at any time through Account Settings. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately.
- Session Time Controls: You may set session time reminders to be notified of how long you have been playing during a single session.
- Cooling-Off Period: You may request a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which your Account will be suspended from gambling activity. The cooling-off period cannot be cancelled once activated.
- Self-Exclusion: You may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or on a permanent basis. During self-exclusion, your Account will be closed to gambling activity and you will not receive marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests should be made through Account Settings or by contacting pn365 support. pn365 will honour all reasonable self-exclusion requests within 24 hours of receipt.
- Age Verification: The 21+ age requirement is a PAGCOR licensing condition. Any individual found to have registered under a false age will have their Account immediately closed and all funds handled in accordance with PAGCOR's underage gambling procedures.

12 Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the pn365 Platform — including but not limited to the pn365 name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, and other materials — are owned by or licensed to pn365 and are protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:
- Copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content;
- Use pn365's trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without prior written consent;
- Scrape, index, or harvest data from the Platform by automated means;
- Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any third-party website or application.
Any unauthorised use of pn365's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
13 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, pn365's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any gambling activity shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pn365 shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
- Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures of the Platform or any third-party service integrated with it, including payment processors and game providers;
- Loss resulting from a Player's failure to maintain Account security or from the unauthorised use of a Player's credentials;
- Losses resulting from gambling outcomes, including losses on individual bets or cumulative gambling losses;
- Force majeure events including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, government action, regulatory intervention, or internet infrastructure failures.
Nothing in these Terms limits pn365's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine consumer protection or gambling regulation laws.
14 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute between you and pn365 arising from your use of the Platform, the following process applies:
- Internal Resolution First: You must first submit your complaint to pn365 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. pn365 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 7 business days. Provide your Account username, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
- Escalation to PAGCOR: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through pn365's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaint and dispute resolution channels. pn365 is required to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation as a condition of its operating license.
- No External Arbitration for Licensing Matters: Disputes concerning the conduct of licensed gambling activities in the Philippines fall within PAGCOR's exclusive regulatory jurisdiction. Such disputes are not subject to private arbitration except where expressly required by Philippine law.
You agree not to initiate any public campaign, social media complaint, or chargeback related to a disputed transaction before exhausting the internal resolution process above, except where immediate action is necessary to prevent further financial loss.
15 Amendments to These Terms
pn365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments may be made for the following reasons including but not limited to: changes in PAGCOR regulatory requirements; changes in the Platform's features or payment methods; legal advice; or operational necessity.
When material changes are made, pn365 will provide notice via: (i) email to the address registered on your Account; or (ii) a prominent notice on the Platform; or (iii) both. The effective date of amended Terms will be clearly stated.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact pn365 to close your Account. Pending legitimate withdrawal requests will be honoured regardless of Account closure.
16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 14 above.
pn365 operates under and in compliance with applicable Philippine laws including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9287 (Illegal Numbers Games Law), the PAGCOR Charter (Presidential Decree No. 1869 as amended), and Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). These Terms shall be interpreted consistently with those laws.
